By accessing the Global Key Quest website (globalkeyquest.com), creating an account, or participating in the treasure hunt game ("The Game"), you ("Player," "User," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Global Key Quest build  multi-channel alternate reality treasure hunt that combines:

• Online digital investigation

• Real-world phone and SMS interactions

• Physical location visits (optional)

• Mailed physical artifacts (premium tier only)

3 Costs
3.1 Games are free to play and players can purchase in game items or packages to enhance their game, 

3.2 Additional Costs You May Incur
By participating, you acknowledge and consent to potential charges:

• Phone calls to numbers discovered in game files (standard calling rates)

• SMS messages to shortcodes (standard text messaging rates)

• International calling charges if participating globally

• Data usage for online components

• Travel expenses for optional physical location visits

• Roaming charges if using mobile services internationally

4. PLAYER CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing up, you explicitly consent to and acknowledge:
4.1 Communication Charges

• You understand that phone calls and SMS interactions are part of the game experience

• You will be responsible for all carrier charges incurred

• International rates may apply for global participation

• We do not control or reimburse carrier charges

4.2 Real-World Technology Use

• The game uses active phone numbers and SMS shortcodes

• You consent to calling and texting these numbers as part of gameplay

• You understand these interactions may incur charges per your carrier's rates

4.3 Physical Location Visits

• GPS coordinates provided lead to real public locations

• Location visits are optional but enhance the experience

• You are responsible for all travel costs and safety

• You visit locations at your own risk

4.4 Age and Capacity

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• You are responsible for all charges incurred on your accounts

• We do not charge for phone calls or SMS - these are carrier charges

• No additional fees beyond disclosed costs

• International charges are your responsibility

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Collector's Edition ($200 maximum)

• We are not liable for carrier charges, travel costs, or indirect damages

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

11. REFUND POLICY
11.1 Physical purchases

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no physical items have shipped

• No refunds once physical artifacts begin shipping

• Carrier charges are non-refundable

12. TERMINATION

• You may terminate your account at any time

• Collector's Edition purchases are non-refundable after shipping begins

12.2 By Us

• We may terminate accounts for Terms violations

• We may discontinue the game with 30 days notice
